After her parents separated, Krishna’s father married Indian art connoisseur Shwetambari Soni in September 2021. The private ceremony took place during the Covid-19 lockdown and was kept secret for about a year. Krishna said of her father and stepmother in an interview:
I didn’t interact with her and since I didn’t live with him I spent a lot of time away from him, especially during lockdown. The bond I had with my dad was important and I’m glad that hasn’t changed. “

On December 4, 2022, Krishna got engaged to businessman Vedant Sardar. The couple tied the knot on June 11, 2023, in south Mumbai in the presence of family and friends.

In an interview, Krishna said of their encounter:
It was love at first sight for both of us. We met six months ago through a mutual friend and exactly six months later we got engaged on the same day. When we first met we knew we wanted to be together. It took us 24 hours to realize it ourselves, a week to tell each other, and a week to tell our parents. We told our parents that we had found each other and that we were not looking for anything or anyone after that. “

Krishna’s grandfather Pravin Bhatt was a renowned cinematographer, director and screenwriter. He is known for his cinematography in the films “Umrao Jaan” (1981) and “Agneepath” (1990). She worked as an assistant director at Vishesh Films, the Indian film company founded by Mahesh Bhatt, and shot the Bollywood films Mr. 2016). On March 14, 2023, K Sera Sera Box Office Productions Limited filed a case against Krishna Bhatt and her father Vikram Bhatt in the Mumbai District Court. The production house claimed that Vikram and Krishna promised them a share of Rs 140 crore for the co-production, but they did not fulfill it. K Sera Sera Productions signed a contract with Vikram Bhatt Studios in March 2022. As per the contract, they decided to share all profits from the collaborative project in which the production company invested Rs 1,39,30,999. K Sera Sera Productions claimed that the father and daughter used the money for other projects. Amid all this, Vikram Bhatt’s defense lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui denied all the allegations and said:
The FIR against my client is absolutely baseless and untenable and hence I will challenge the same before the Bombay High Court on merits. Soon, the same will be challenged in a quashing petition filed in the Supreme Court. Instead, my client Vikram Bhatt has made a strong case of forgery and fraud against Satish Ramswroop Panchariya and others who appear to have abused to their dominant position in two different companies, jointly owned by Satish Ramswroop Panchariya and my client Vikram Bhatt , the proportions are the same. It is documented that Panchariya failed or neglected to check with my client any documents regarding the above-mentioned jointly owned companies and instead worked desperately to resolve the matter out of court. Panchariya even sent his representatives to my office on April 14, 2023 to resolve the above issues. The above issues shall now be heard on the merits. “
