Krispy Kreme, Cracker Barrel, Starbucks and More Chains with Discounts for Those Who Served on Veterans Day

Fast food joints and chain restaurants are honoring veterans with free food and drinks and discounts to mark Veterans Day.

On Monday, Nov. 11, those who have served in the armed forces can stop by the following locations to enjoy Veterans Day promotions.

Krispy Kreme: The chain will offer a free small coffee, hot or iced, and a free donut of your choice to all members of the military and military veterans. There is a limit of one per guest and the offer can be accessed in store or in the car.

Starbucks: Veterans, service members and military spouses can get a free tall (12 oz.) brewed coffee (hot or iced) at participating US Starbucks stores.

Cracker Barrel: Veterans and active duty service members can get a free Sunrise Pancake Special at all Cracker Barrel locations when they dine.

Texas Roadhouse: The restaurant chain will continue its annual Veterans Day tradition of honoring veterans and active-duty U.S. military to enjoy a free meal by handing out meal vouchers, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. They can then be redeemed through May 31, 2025, for one of 10 appetizers and two sides made from scratch, plus a choice of any Coca-Cola product, sweet tea/iced tea or coffee. Proof of service is required, including a military or VA ID or discharge card.

White Castle: The fast food joint will mark the annual occasion by offering a free single combo meal or breakfast combo meal to all veterans and active duty service members who dine at a participating White Castle restaurant.

Smoothie King: The drink spot will offer a free 20 oz. smoothies for veterans from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm local time at participating locations — with a patriotic theme. After presenting their military ID, veterans can request a red, white or blue smoothie: Strawberry X-Treme, Slim-N-Trim Vanilla or Blueberry Heaven.

Grimaldi’s: The pizzeria offers 25% off for all active, veteran and retired military IDs. Every second day of the year, the brand offers a 15% discount for those who have served.

Taco John’s: The Mexican fast food spot is offering a free Combo #1 (Small Crispy Beef Taco Combo) to veterans with valid ID through an in-app offer for loyalty members.

Hard Rock Cafe: The restaurant chain will treat military service members, active and retired, to a free legendary burger, while those who support veterans will also benefit from the always-available 15% military discount.

Firehouse Subs: Firehouse Subs locations nationwide will offer veterans a free combo, including a medium sub, chips or cookie and a drink.

California Pizza Kitchen: The chain will reward diners with a free prix fixe appetizer and drink when dining at the restaurant. Veterans will also receive a Buy One Get One coupon valid for any pizza, pasta or salad that can be redeemed during a future visit between November 12th and November 25th.

STK Steakhouse: Veterans will receive 50% off all food at STK Steakhouse from Friday, November 8th through Monday, November 11th.

Kona Grill: Veterans will receive 50% off all food at Kona Grill from Friday, November 8th through Monday, November 11th.
