Krispy Kreme is giving voters a sweet boost this Election Day.
The donut company and coffee shop chain are once again celebrating the “doughmocracy” for the 2024 presidential election at participating United States stores.
Regardless of who you choose to vote for in the Oval Office — Vice President Kamala Harris or former President Donald Trump — on Tuesday, Nov. 5, “guests can get one free original glazed donut, no purchase necessary,” the company says.

Krispy Kreme will also be handing out “I Voted” stickers at brick-and-mortar locations, while supplies last — even if you’ve voted before but want to show a fresh sticker as proof with a fresh doughnut. Limit is one per guest.

“Participation in our democracy should be celebrated! So we’re thrilled to be able to sweeten everyone’s day with free original glazed donuts on Election Day,” Dave Skena, global brand director for Krispy Kreme, said in a statement.
In 47 states plus the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, voters can cast their ballots early and in person, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. Although Alabama, Mississippi and New Hampshire do not offer early in-person voting, options to mail in absentee ballots may still be available.

Krispy Kreme has participated in political giving in past years, most recently in March for Super Tuesday — when 16 states hosted their presidential elections. The nationwide offer was known as Krispy Kreme’s Super Twosday and allowed customers to pick up two Original Glazed Donuts, with no purchase required.
For those who can’t wait all week for the chain’s Election Day deal, Krispy Kreme has another sweet treat just in time for Halloween. On Thursday, Oct. 31, costumed shoppers can sink their fangs into a free Original Glazed donut at Krispy Kreme, again, no purchase necessary.

Chipotle is getting into the spooky spirit with its $6 “Boorito” deal, and similar deals can be found at Pizza Hut, Raising Cane’s, Sonic and Wendy’s, while supplies last.
