In the latest episode of the Bunnie Xo podcast stupid blonde, the hills The alum, 37, shared that she has moved on after her breakup with Mark Estes in September. When asked how her love life is going, Cavallari admitted she has a new boyfriend — but isn’t ready to go public just yet.
“I’m dating someone else now,” she said. “I won’t say who it is, but it’s really new.”

Cavallari then revealed, “He’s a retired athlete, I’ll tell you what.”
When Bunnie joked: “You like jocks,” the reality star replied: “They like me, I think!”

Reflecting on her relationship with Estes, who is only 25, Cavallari said the 13-year age difference wasn’t the only challenge the two faced, but it caused other problems in their dynamic.
“I think when you’re young and you don’t have life experience, and maybe you don’t have much going on in your life, there’s not much to talk about,” she explained. “There’s nothing to bring to the table . . . And so, yeah, I came out of it craving real depth and emotional intimacy.”

Still, Cavallari said she and the social media star “had a real connection” and insisted there was no bad blood between them.
“He’s a really good boy,” she said. “It was a beautiful relationship. I have nothing bad to say. It was fun until it wasn’t.”

She added that “people forget that the last 5 years were my dating period,” referring to the period after her 2020 divorce from Jay Cutler after seven years of marriage.
“I’ve always had boyfriends — I met Jay when I was 23,” Cavallari said. “I was never able to date and figure out exactly what I wanted and figure myself out through relationships. And that’s what I’ve been doing for the last 5 years, and it’s been really fun.”
“It was a distraction,” she continued. “It was really easy. It just kind of naturally fit into my life. I said this on my podcast, but, you know, maybe it’s selfish looking back, but I didn’t have to bend over backwards for [Estes] in many ways. It just kind of fit into my life.”

In November, Estes and the mom of three bumped into each other at Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk Rock N’ Roll Steakhouse in Nashville during a night out. Photos obtained by TMZ show them together for the first time since their split, joined by one of Estes’ Montana Boyz bandmates, Kaleb Winterburn.
“Everyone is on good terms,” an exclusive source told PEOPLE at the time.
Cavallari echoed that sentiment on her Oct. 1 episode Let’s be honest podcast: “He was the best boyfriend I’ve ever had. I just know that in the long run you need to experience life, he’s young… I started to feel a bit old with life experience. I look back when I was 24 and how much life happened between then, that’s the key years, those are the years of formation, you find yourself in them and he must be able to do that.”
