Subsequently, he joined STRC Market Research Private Company in the UK as an intern from August 2010 to October 2010 as a marketing executive. From August 2011 to October 2011, he interned at OMD in the United Arab Emirates. In January 2012, he started working as an Account Manager at IML Group, a private company in Dubai. He worked there until April 2014. He then joined a company called Amrit Foods in New Delhi as a Business Manager. He worked there from April 2014 to December 2014. In January 2015, Kunal started working as a client relationship manager at Sky High Advertising, a pharmaceutical company in Dubai.
