Kyle Richards’ anxiety is through the roof.
The The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 55, went wild after she was trapped in her parked car with a rat in her side mirror on Monday, May 13.
Richards, who has been open about her anxiety on the Bravo reality show and in the press, posted a profanity-laced video on her Instagram account.
“Oh my God,” she screams repeatedly.
“Please help me. What’s going on?” – she exclaims. “I have to get out of the car!”
She regained her composure for a moment, saying, “I need something to help me.” She even bangs on the windshield to get the attention of passers-by, but they ignore her.

“I need that man to help me, but he didn’t hear me knock,” she cries.
In the description, Richards explained how she found herself in a hairy situation.
“This happened to me today. I stopped for coffee and was sitting in my car checking emails,” Richards wrote. “Now, before you judge my reaction (yes, there’s a disclaimer coming) know that initially my passenger side window was DOWN and I was afraid to put the car in reverse because my mirrors would move and potentially create worse scenario. And I was too afraid to put my feet down where the gas pedal was in case there was a point of entry down there 😆🤷🏻♀️ I also couldn’t feel my feet.”

When a viewer asked how the situation was resolved, Richards wrote: “He wouldn’t go!! Maybe five minutes after I stopped the video he went down and I didn’t know where! So I drove away and had to pull over and park for 20 minutes while I couldn’t feel my legs again.”

At least one person found the video amusing. Richards’ daughter, Sophia Umansky, responded with a series of smiling and crying emojis.
Of course, Richards is no stranger to scary situations, having appeared in the original Halloween as a child actor and his sequel as an adult. But it was all just a movie fiction.
Richards’ incident comes after a woman in Australia was forced to drive around with a venomous snake in her car after four unsuccessful attempts to remove it.
