Career
In 2000, she started her career with percussionist James Culpepper. They previously collaborated with guitarists Sameer Bhattacharyya and Jared Hartmann. She sang backing vocals on “Run to You” and “Born Again” in 2008. She also collaborated with Apocalyptica on “Broken Pieces” and Orianthi on “Courage”. She then revealed that she had amicably left Flyleaf before the release of New Horizons in 2012.
She secured a publishing deal with Baker Publishing Group in 2013. Similarly, she published her first novel the following year (2014), with a second due in 2016.
