Lance Bass is letting fans know he’s not Taylor Swift!
On Monday, the *NSYNC star watched the Dallas Cowboys take on the Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium in California. Midway through the game, the stadium’s jumbotron focused on Bass as he played the band’s “Bye Bye Bye” — and he wasn’t about to let the moment go unnoticed.
Sitting in the stands, Bass, 44, held a handwritten sign reading “NOT TAYLOR SWIFT” as he waved to the cheering crowd.
“In case anyone was confused,” Bass joked in an Instagram caption while sharing the video on his page. “#LookWhatYouMadeMeDo #GoChargers ! #NotTaylorSwift #MNF.”

Last month, Bass jokingly blamed Swift for the positive reaction to his group’s reunion on stage at the 2023 MTV VMAs to present her with the award for Best Pop Video.
“I don’t do well going from one thing to another,” Swift said on stage as she tried to focus on the award and not on *NSYNC.
“I had your dolls,” she added. “Like, are you doing something? What’s going to happen now… They’re going to do something, and I need to know what it is!”
“It’s beautiful, you know? To be at this age and the fans are still this excited, it’s a dream come true,” Bass said Party tonight after the VMAs. “I had no idea the fandom would go this crazy.”
“I blame Taylor Swift,” he added. “I think she threw the Swifties on us and I think the Swifties and the *NSYNCers just created this tsunami.”
Later in September, the band surprised fans by releasing their first song in over 20 years, “Better Place”.
