Latto Announces 2024 Headlining 'Sugar Honey Iced Tea' Tour Across North America — See the Dates!

Attention Latto fans: Big Mama is going on the road this year!

On Wednesday, August 14, the 25-year-old Grammy-nominated rapper announced Iced tea with sugar and honey tour in support of her latest studio album, which arrived on August 9th. This marks her first appearance at the helm of North America.

According to a press release, the Live Nation-produced tour will hit 22 cities this fall, starting in Tampa, Florida on October 25 before making stops in Washington DC, Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Toronto, Detroit, Las Vegas and more. The rapper’s string of performances will end on December 7 in Denver.

Special guests Mariah The Scientist and Karrahbooo will join Latto on her tour. Tickets to the general public go on sale Friday, August 16 at 10 a.m. local time at BigLatto.com.

Lattovo Iced tea with sugar and honey the tour follows the release of her third studio album, an ode to her Georgia roots featuring fellow Southerners Megan Thee Stallion, Ciara, Coco Jones, Young Nudy, Flo Milli, Teezo Touchdown and more.

The “Big Mama” rapper talked about what inspired her for the album title Billboard cover story earlier this summer, saying, “When I met [producers] dormouse [Beatz] and [Go] Grizz[ly] and closed with them, everything felt simple southern.”

Latto says working with Mariah Carey made her feel like ‘anything is possible’

“One day, not long after we dropped ‘Put It on Da Floor,’ I just walked into the studio like, ‘Sugar Honey Iced Tea’ is the name of the album,” she added. “People try to be messy and think that’s the answer to something. I promise you, this is before any of that s—. This is something that felt Southern to me. Where I’m from, we’ll be like, ‘I’m sugar and honey iced tea!'”

Latto has been on a roll this year, kicking off her second album with the single “Sunday Service” in February. She performed at the 2024 BET Awards in June and earned two nominations at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards this month for her collaboration on the song “Seven” with BTS’s Jung Kook.

A few days after her album arrived, on August 13, Latto dropped a bonus track called “Chicken Grease,” a spin on TI’s 2003 hit “24’s,” which she listened to in her Iced tea with sugar and honey trailer (which also starred the latter). The track is already a fan favorite that patrons are hoping to hear on Latt’s tour this fall.
