Harvey Lee Yeary, better known as Lee Majors, was born in Wyandotte, Michigan, United States of America, on April 23, 1939. This man is currently 84 years old and is of American nationality. Furthermore, he was born under the sign of Taurus and is of English origin. He is also the son of Carl Yeary (father) and Alice Yeary (mother). He has a brother named Bill Yeary. Before he was born, his father died at work as a manual laborer.
His mother, on the other hand, was a housewife who died in a car accident before he was two years old. After being orphaned at the age of two, he was adopted by his paternal uncle and aunt, Harvey Yeary and Mildred Poore. They took him to their home in Middlesboro, Kentucky. He found out about his adoption when he was a teenager and decided to please his adoptive parents.

As a result, his aspirations for a football career were thwarted. In 1962, he graduated from Eastern Kentucky with a degree in history and physical education.
