The former girl group members spent time together at a stop on Beyoncé’s ‘Renaissance’ world tour
Destiny’s Child fans can already feel that their start to 2024 was “so good”.
On Wednesday, LeToya Luckett shared a sweet photo of the girl group reunion on Instagram when Beyoncé brought her renaissance A world tour to her hometown of Houston in September. The R&B singer (42) also said in the description how much that moment meant to her.
In a video taken backstage, Luckett, Beyoncé, LaTavia Roberson, Kelly Rowland, all 42, and Michelle Williams, 44, stood in line, with some of the performers throwing deuces and others holding rock signs.

While Queen Bey was dressed in a black hoodie and black pants, her former bandmates were styled in a variety of glittery, silver ensembles or sequined pieces to match the theme of her live performance.
Luckett reflected on what it was like to reunite with the entire group, which she co-founded with Beyoncé, Roberson and Rowland in 1997 before the lineup changed in 2000 and Williams became an addition.

“✨ALL LOVE✨,” the singer-songwriter began. “This was my favorite moment of 2023 ❤️.”
Luckett wrote that the love, joy, prayer and healing she experienced during their reunion is what made him feel so special.
“May we all experience these beautiful moments in 2024,” she added and tagged each of her former associates.
The post ended with one last heartfelt message: “All children.”

While Luckett’s post marks the first time a member of the Grammy-winning group has shared a photo from backstage, footage of her first surfaced in late November when Queen Bey shared a new teaser for her concert film, Renaissance: The Beyoncé Movie.
In the teaser, the black-and-white footage shows the “Break My Soul” singer exchanging a hug with Roberson, while Rowland and Luckett embraced and Williams looked on.

The only former “Survivor” band member who didn’t make an appearance was Farrah Franklin, who joined the pop group after Roberson and Luckett left but quit shortly after.
During Lemonade artist’s critically acclaimed tour, Rowland was also spotted keeping an eye on her longtime friend front and center at the tour’s London stop. Fans caught a fun video of the “Motivation” singer dancing and she even blew Bey a kiss after yelling at her.

Members of Destiny’s Child also came out to support the “Cuff It” singer at the Los Angeles premiere of her latest concert film. Luckett, Roberson, Rowland, Williams all walked the carpet, as did Beyoncé herself.
Although they weren’t photographed together, the members of the “Say My Name” group took to social media after the event to continue to celebrate the film’s release and show their love for the Grammy winner.
Since Destiny’s Child broke up in 2006, the final lineup of Beyoncé, Rowland and Williams has reunited for special shows and performances several times over the years, including the 2013 Super Bowl halftime show and Bey’s 2018 Coachella headlining performance.
