Lizzie Kommes is on a new path after her messy breakup last fall, but the Life After Lockup star has gone public about her new relationship with The Bachelorette alum Josh Seiter. In an exclusive statement to Screen Rant, Lizzie explains how the two fell for each other after meeting on social media.
In the case of reality star love, WeTV star Lizzie has a former Bachelorette contestant completely smitten. Both Lizzie and Josh had messy ends in their past relationships. Lizzie was arrested last September and faced domestic violence charges after her romance with a man named Brian came to an end. Lizzie was devastated after Brian gave her a promise ring before they ended up in the domestic encounter. Life After Lockup fans can also remember her tumultuous relationship with Scott Davey, which had to end due to Scott’s drug use. Meanwhile, Josh broke up with Yolanda Leak of 90 Day Fiancé fame after getting her name tattooed on him.
With them both looking for love in 2021, they appeared to have found it in each other. “I just wanted to say it’s official that I am [in] an amazing relationship with this guy @josh_seiter_official,” she wrote under a photo of him last month. “He makes me laugh he’s totally adorable and check out the hot bod.” Lizzie followed up the post with an exclusive statement to Screen Rant, where she explained how the two met: “I contacted Josh because I thought he was absolutely adorable and I was like what the heck why not take a chance.” She then addressed their age difference: “Honestly the age gap is not that big [of a deal]. Come on, I was dating older men most of my life and now I finally have a hot and gorgeous younger man that’s going to satisfy all my dreams,” she explained.
Lizzie’s excitement with Josh was made very clear, and the Love After Lockup fans are following this new couple closely. She went on to explain how the two were quarantining ahead of meeting each other in person for the first time. “Me and Josh will be meeting in two weeks and I cannot wait to get my hands on him,” she declared. “This is definitely going to be a romantic relationship,” she added, while noting how close they live to each other. After quarantining away from each other, the new couple went Instagram official this week. “Bae I had such a great time with you. Miss you already,” Lizzie captioned their first photo together.
There were reports that Josh had been dating 90 Day Fiancé. star Amira Lloysa, but Lizzie says that it is all fake news. “This is something that she had to have made up,” Lizzie exclaimed. “I know Josh is an amazing man and he, like, totally cares about me. And this coming out right now, and we just announced the fact that we are official.” She accused Amira of trying to use Josh’s name to “boost her social media.” She then added: “Josh is my man, he makes me happy, and nobody else can have him… Especially somebody like her.” It appears that this new Life After Lockup romance is the real deal.
