Livi Jaay committed suicide on October 19, 2021. She died in a car crash. She was driving a 2017 Nissan Sentra. When she crossed the center line, her car collided with a 2012 Ford pickup. She died on the spot.

Before her death, she wrote in her Facebook post,
“I’m sorry, but I can’t continue to fight depression. To those who were there, I love you all. If I succeed in this, please make sure my children are okay?”
She also wrote,
“If anything ever happens to me, DO NOT give my kids to daddy forever because if you couldn’t help taking care of them when I was alive, why wait until I’m gone!!”
She wrote on October 7 in a post on Facebook,
“Mentally at the lowest level. I’m slowly losing my mind.”
So it was a suicide. She committed suicide in a traffic accident.
