Lizzie’s “worst fear” just came true – she was shown South Park.
A special episode dealing with the increasing use of Ozempic called South Park: The End of Obesitypremiered on May 24 — and named the fake alternative to the popular drug after the musician, who is also a longtime body positivity advocate.
A day after the special aired, the singer and rapper, 36, shared the “blind duet” reaction to the name-dropping on TikTok, which she started: “People, my worst fear has come true. I was mentioned in South Park episode.”
“I’m so afraid,” she continued before reacting to her South Park reference — a celebrity rite — that opens with a conversation between Sharon and Sheila, the mothers of the main characters Stan and Kyle.
In the episode, Sharon says that her doctor wouldn’t prescribe any weight loss drugs like Ozempic because she doesn’t have diabetes, and Sheila asks her how she manages her weight without drugs.
“Don’t you know, Sheila?” she says. “Now there’s a whole new obesity drug for those of us who can’t afford Ozempic and Mounjaro.”

“I controlled all my desires to be thinner with Lizzo,” she says as Lizzo (the singer, not the fake drug) quickly dropped her jaw and covered her mouth.
Then begins a parody of overly positive drug ads, with the narrator explaining that the bogus diet suppressant “makes you feel good about your weight—and it costs 90% less than Ozempic.”

As the commercial continues and Sharon chimes in, “I’ve lowered my standards and my expectations,” Lizzo still has her hand firmly over her mouth, seemingly in shock.

Elsewhere in the fake drug ad, the narrator claims that the drug allows users to eat whatever they want with minimal exercise and says that “70% of patients on Lizza no longer care how much they weigh.”
After the ad cut to a character listening to the Lizzo album, the singer exclaimed, “Not the fucking album!”
And when Sharon ended the segment by saying: “Ask about the power not to screw Lizza”, the singer approved with a click and a “period”.

“I really showed the world how to love yourself and not worry,” she said and — referring to South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone — continued, “to the point where these people in Colorado know who the hell I am, and they put it in their cartoon that’s been around for 25 years.”
“And I’m going to keep showing you how not to care,” she added, before ending the video with her own spin on the fake ad jingle.
