She even noted that her outing took place during the day and security “didn’t do anything.”
Talking about the police and the Prime Minister’s right to prioritize ‘physical crime’ following the arrest of a journalist following social media posts, Loose Women discussed crime in the UK.
Christine chaired the panel, with Olivia Attwood, Judi Love and Brenda Edwards sitting in the studio to give their views during the discussions.
Panelist Olivia Attwood spoke to Christine about how she believes London is rife with theft and robbery and how there is a huge “disconnect” between the public and the police.

The former Love Island star then added that she thinks there should be more police on the streets, noting that she thinks London is becoming “Gotham City”.
Fellow Loose Women panelist Judi Love then weighed in on how trolling “can snowball”, and in turn “insight into hate”, which can then “insight into violence”.
Brenda Edwards then spoke about how police need to “understand social media”.
CHRISTINA’S HORROR
And Christine then reflected on a shocking real-life experience she recently lived through, talking about what crime is like first-hand.
Speaking to Loose Ladies, Christine recalled how she was shopping on the King’s Road in Chelsea a few weeks ago when her phone was stolen from her bag.
She explained how the store security guard seemed to shrug before saying ‘there are at least 30 [phones stolen] day’.

She then implied that security did nothing, adding: “I can understand that they won’t have a police unit looking for my phone for me.”
POLICE CHIRPS
This comes after Kier Starmer responded that tweets and posts on X should not be a priority for the police and that forces should “concentrate on what is most important for their communities”.
The Prime Minister’s comments follow an investigation by Essex Police into allegations of racial incitement by Telegraph columnist Allison Pearson.
Speaking to reporters on his way to the G20 summit in Rio de Janeiro, the prime minister said: “First, obviously, this is a matter for the police themselves, police by police.
