Lorenzo Lamas’ 6 Children: All About His Son and Daughters

When he is not acting in movies, Lorenzo Lamas is a busy father of six children: AJ, Shayne, Paton, Victoria, Isabella and Alexandra.

AJ and Shayne share a mother, the late publicist Michele Smith, while Victoria, Isabella and Alexandra are the daughters of model Shauna Sand; Paton was born to actress Daphne Ashbrook.

Due to their successful parents, the kids entered the world of entertainment at a young age. Most of them even ended up pursuing careers in the industry — AJ, Shayne, Paton, Victoria and Isabella landed roles in TV shows and movies like Shameless, General Hospital, History of Fear and more.

He seems to have a particularly close relationship with Shayne, who wrote a touching message to her father in an Instagram post in January 2023 celebrating his 65th birthday.

“You, dad, are my rock, my inspiration,” she wrote on top of a black-and-white photo of the two. “You gave me the foundation for life while you were patient, kind and always listened. Listening with an open mind and being one of my biggest supporters. You mean the world to me… I love you dad.”

Lamas and his ex-wife, Smith, welcomed their son, Alvaro Joshua “AJ” Lamas, on December 19, 1983.

Like his parents, AJ discovered a passion for acting and is known for appearing in soap operas As the world turns and his work on the comedy-drama series Gigantic.

Shayne Lamas, 38

Lamas and Smith celebrated the arrival of their second child together, daughter Shayne Lamas, on November 6, 1985.

Besides acting in General Hospital and Alley 13Lamas’ eldest daughter conquered the reality space. She led the family in 2009 Hey! reality show, Leave it to the Lamaswhich explored her journey through Hollywood as part of the plot.

When it comes to entrepreneurship with Page sixShayne recalled, “There were so many times I thought ‘should I have done this to my family,’ because I’m the ringleader. I am responsible for bringing this chaos into our lives.”

“But the last episode was one of the most amazing days of my life,” the actress continued. “That’s when everything came together and the whole thing turned out to be more amazing than I could have ever imagined.”

Shayne is known for acting in season 12 Bachelor — The Bachelor: London is calling 2008. Although the British bachelor of the season, Matt Grant, proposed to her during the finale, they did not make it to the altar.

The reality stars confirmed their split in July 2008, saying in a statement to PEOPLE: “We tried so hard to make it work, but we realized we were both going in different directions. We really care about each other and will remain close friends.”

Two years after winning the show, Shayne exchanged vows with blogger and social media personality Nick Richie. They had two children together, Press and Lyon, before divorcing in 2021 after 11 years of marriage.

“We have nothing but love and respect for each other,” Shayne wrote on Instagram. “This is just a situation of two people breaking up.”

Speaking to Fox News, Lamas’ ex-wife, Shawna Craig, revealed that she served as the couple’s surrogate for Lyon. In 2012, Lamas praised Shayne’s parenting to Hollywood.TV. “She’s a damn good mom,” he said.

The Renegade star shared a cute photo of his grandchildren in a Facebook post in 2020 and wrote in his caption, “How damn cute are my grandkids? Papa Lolo loves you!”

Paton Ashbrook, 36

Lamas and Ashbrook welcomed their daughter, Paton Ashbrook, on September 6, 1988.

Paton looked back on her fun-filled childhood in Los Angeles in a reflective Instagram Stories post.

“I grew up in LA in a family full of actors,” she wrote. “I spent my childhood watching my mum recite lines in the car as I drove to school, my classroom was in the seats of the little black box theater where she rehearsed and performed, and I was lucky enough to come on set with her during her long careers on television.”

Paton continued: “I would film these soap operas with my older sister and brother when I would visit my dad’s house with a camcorder, and I remember feeling connected to them and happy to be able to share it.”

She turned that hobby into a career, and now Paton is both an actress and a director. Her resume includes serials and movies like Shameless (2011), House of cards (2013) and Book of Power II: Spirit (2020). In addition, Lamas hosts his own audio show, FreeBody podcast.

In October 2022, Paton got engaged to actress and writer Sathya Sridharan in Iceland. She shared photos from their trip and announced the exciting news in an Instagram post that has since been deleted.

“I love you @sathyayayaya,” Paton wrote. “Here’s to our next great adventure.”

When not acting, directing or podcasting, Paton enjoys reading and singing. She has a prominent series of books she has read on her Instagram, including Trick mirror.

Alexandra Lamas, 26

Alexandra Lamas was born to Lamas and his fourth wife, Sand, on November 22, 1997.

Although she grew up in the entertainment world alongside her siblings, she pursued a career that was different from them.

After Alexandra experienced an “unbalanced relationship with food and exercise,” she felt motivated to make her well-being a priority—and it inspired her to start her own health coaching company, Being Embodied. According to her Instagram, Lamas’ daughter is a certified integrative nutrition coach and is passionate about positive food.

She uses her skills to “offer comprehensive wellness guidance, embracing empathy and understanding, to empower individuals to fully embrace their lives” through her coaching work. Hormonal health, nutrition and a balanced lifestyle are at the forefront of the Being Embodied mission.

Lamas couldn’t be more proud of Alexandra: After she started working as a health coach, he shared a link to her Being Embodied website on Facebook and wrote the caption: “My daughter Alexandra Lamas started her career as an integrative nutrition health coach! She embodies empathy and a genuine desire to help people heal through nutrition and wellness.”

He continued: “I am so proud of her achievements! Graduated with honors from UCSD (University of California San Diego) in psychology and now this. My heart is full.”

Alexandra has also modeled for Aston Models Agency and often shares photos of her modeling for outlets such as Arabian Fashion Magazine and Flannel magazine on Instagram.

According to her LinkedIn, the entrepreneur and model is currently a sales representative for Equinox.

Victoria Lamas, 25

Lamas and Sand also share a daughter, Victoria Lamas, who was born on April 24, 1999.

She accepted the family business and appeared in short films and television shows such as A history of fear (2014), Talk later (2019) and Secret identity (2020).

She also shares her sister’s love of modeling and works with management companies Natural Models LA and Anita Norris Model Management.

In addition to acting and modeling, Victoria also creates stunning artwork. According to her Instagram, she often works with acrylics, pencils and charcoal to create colorful and intricate faces and bodies. She even sold her paintings.

Her love life includes an A-lister: In December 2022, Lamas shared that Victoria was “very smitten” with Leonardo DiCaprio after the two were seen together in West Hollywood.

Lamas’ youngest daughter, Isabella Lamas, was born on February 2, 2001.

She is his third daughter with Sanda and, like many members of her family, has booked numerous screen appearances. Isabella appeared as herself in reality TV shows Gone Country (2008) and Bad (2014), while she was a production assistant on the show Real Eyes (2012).

He is also a social media personality with over 30,000 followers on Instagram. He likes to share photos of himself traveling to places like Colorado, Mexico and Hawaii. Isabella also seems to enjoy fashion and shows off trendy outfits at her expense.

Lamas and Isabella have a close father-daughter relationship, and he enjoys celebrating it publicly. In February 2021, he posted a series of adorable photos of Isabella on Facebook for her birthday.
