Madonna’s eldest child attended a fashion event in New York wearing a barely-there mini dress made entirely of woven metal

Lourdes Leon made a bold fashion statement as she attended Victoria’s Secret New York Fashion Week in celebration Victoria’s Secret World Tour Wednesday, wearing a mini dress.

The 26-year-old model and musician — who is the eldest child of pop icon Madonna — posed on the pink carpet of Victoria’s Secret in Manhattan Center showing off her outfit by Ukrainian-born, US-based fashion designer Natalia Fedner.

The mini-dress is made entirely of stretched metallic textile woven into a loose web similar to a spider’s web. Leon flaunted his bare chest and butt, combining the outfit with a black thong and platform sandals.

“Natalia has successfully designed a 100% metallic textile that stretches in 6 directions,” reads the description of the fashion look on Fedner’s website. “It instantly conforms to the body, absorbing the wearer’s heat within 15 seconds, and is comfortable and strong. Stretch Metal received its patent in 2021.”

Leon is no stranger to edgy fashion collections, having recently done more than just a handbag as part of Australian-American designer Dion Lee’s latest campaign.

In the commercials, Leon poses in total splendour, wearing only strategically placed bikini-shaped handbags, as well as thigh-high sandals with the same decorative chain.

on Wednesday Victoria’s Secret World Tour The New York event marked the iconic fashion brand’s first fashion show in four years.

According to the company’s website, the event features 20 women from four cities — Lagos, Nigeria; Bogotá, Colombia; London; and Tokyo — who joined forces to reimagine the legendary fashion show as a feature documentary.

Victoria’s Secret World Tour 2023 will also feature rapper Doja Cat, and supermodels Naomi Campbell and Winnie Harlow among others. The event will have its first streaming on September 26 on Amazon Prime Video.
