Love Is Blind's Lauren Speed-Hamilton Celebrates Husband Cameron Hamilton's Birthday: 'I Feel Like I Got the Gift'

Lauren Speed-Hamilton celebrates all the reasons she’s thankful for husband Cameron Hamilton on his birthday.

Speed-Hamilton, who met her husband Cameron in the first season of the show Love is blind back in 2018, she shared a carousel of 10 photos — plus 10 reasons why she loves him — on Instagram on Wednesday, July 3, to mark Cameron’s 34th birthday.

“Bday to my best friends! 🎊🎊🎊✨💕 I’m so happy you were born! Here are 10 reasons ☺️,” Speed-Hamilton captioned her post. “1. You are SO loving and always take care of us. And you are GOOD too 😍,” she added, further citing her husband as a “devoted dog dad” and her “forever plus 1” in further reasons she wrote in the caption .

Some of Lauren’s photos went along with the reasons she shared in her post, including a photo of her sleeping with their dog, videos of the couple at a cheesecake factory, one of them walking through an airport, and a throwback shot of the couple opening bottles of champagne in celebration when Love is blind originally premiered in 2020.

“4. How you love my (our) family ❤️🥹; 5. You let me take you to the Cheesecake Factory on dates😂; 6. My travel buddy always goes on adventures ✈️; 7. The way you look at me. 😍; 8 . The way you make me smile (happy),” she added in her caption, where she also described Cameron as “Clyde to my Bonnie from day one.”

“I’m so grateful to share my life with such a great person. It’s your birthday, but I feel like I’ve been given a gift 🫶🏾🎁,” she ended in her caption. “I love you @cameronreidhamilton! Happy birthday my love 💕💕”

Lauren, 36, and Cameron originally met on the first day of filming Love is blindfirst season; they married on November 16, 2018 and renewed their vows in Las Vegas to celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary back in November 2023.

“I will continue to watch and see what people are saying online and see how things develop and then they will determine that [if she watches the full show]. If not, maybe I’ll stay with us,” Lauren said at the time; Cameron added that watching the series reminds him of the couple’s own experience in the first season.

“So it could be kind of an intense experience,” he said at the time. “It’s not just turning on any old show and just enjoying it. I think there’s a certain level of investment for us, watching the show. So [it’s] just something to keep in mind.”
