Love Island couple ‘back together’ as they decide to reunite a year after split

The LOVE Island couple have rekindled their romance a year after their heartbreaking split.

It comes after they signed up for a new series of the long-running MTV reality show.

They decided to give it another go after reuniting on Celebs Ex On The Beach, which they filmed earlier this year.

The first episode of the reality show stunned fans on Tuesday night as Finn Tapp’s ex Paige Turley arrived to bring chaos to the mansion.

The series will show them dealing with the breakup of their relationship after dating and living together for three years.

Insiders have now revealed that Finn and Paige have worked through their issues and the show has reunited them.

A source told The Sun: “Finn was heard chatting to friends at the launch of Celebrity Ex On The Beach earlier this week, where he told them he and Paige were trying to get going again.

“It’s true that neither of them moved on after the split and they realized during the filming of the MTV reality show that there were still a lot of feelings there.

“After filming ended, they had a big heart and decided they still wanted to be together.

“They’re taking it slow, because they obviously had problems before the split, but they’re committed to making it work this time.”

A few days ago, The Sun spotted semi-professional footballer Finn dancing with glamor model Ashley Resch, although Paige was close at hand.

But the source added: “Finn was seen dancing with fellow cast member, Playboy model Ashley Resch at the party, but there is nothing romantic between them.

“He only has eyes for Paige.”

The Sun has reached out to representatives for Finn and Paige for comment.

Love Island fans fell in love with Finn and Paige and the pair won the first series of Love Island filmed in South Africa.

Finn previously told The Sun that he plans to marry Paige.

He said, “Paige is deffo the one, I’ll deffo be the one to pop the question.

“I have a plan, I don’t set a deadline for it, it’s when the time is right, but within the next two years or so.

“Paige and I always talked about getting married overseas, we could do two weddings, a close middle wedding with the family and then a big party here with everyone.”

Back in August 2021, he made a big gesture of his love by inscribing Paige’s name above the previous butterfly tattoo on his arm.

Fans were in complete shock when the couple decided to split three years after the show ended.

They were later accused of splitting up just to win a spot on Ex On The Beach.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Paige hit back at the rumours.

She said: “I think they are delusional.

“Why would you move out of your apartment, move cities. It’s pretty drastic just to go on a TV show. I can make money in other ways.”

She continued: “We haven’t really seen each other since the last time we packed up and left.

“So it was more difficult than we expected. When we were on the beach it was fine, but when we entered the villa, there was this realization that we were going to live together again.

“I’m glad I’m done and so I’m pretty thankful for the show because we would never have been in each other’s company or had that much time to be in each other’s company.”
