The beauty has Erb’s palsy, which means that one of her arms is shorter than the other and less functional.

The birth defect was the result of Patsy being born naturally rather than by C-section amid complications during the delivery.

She opened up about her condition on social media, posting: “One thing you don’t know about me is that I have a disability. I’ve never talked about it here before because I’m a bit unaware of it to be honest.

“Almost everyone says they don’t notice it, or they’ve never noticed it before, but when I tell you to go back and watch my old videos, you’ll be able to spot it.”

Discovering the cause of her condition, Patsy rushed to the hospital.

She said: “I was a normal, happy, healthy baby in my mum’s womb and the hospital screwed up and put me on disability, f—ing.

“I was supposed to have a c-section, but the midwife thought she could and she couldn’t… I was such a big baby, I was almost 11 pounds, a normal baby is about 7 pounds.

“I got stuck coming out of my mom… and they pull and pull and pull and while they were pulling me out, they did some damage.

“They ruptured the nerve that sends messages from my brain down my spine to my right arm, the messages are trying to be sent and this computer says no.”

Patsy is predicted to be a huge success as she showcases her bold personality and raises awareness of her condition.

An insider told the Mail: “Patsy is a great signing for the show, she’s hilarious so she’ll definitely bring good vibes and positive energy.

“She has never let her disability define her, but she is also excited about the opportunity to educate audiences who may not know about Erb’s palsy because awareness is key.”

Yesterday we revealed that Liverpool’s Samantha Kenny has also signed on for the show which starts on June 3rd.

The 27-year-old works in a beauty salon and regularly shares glamorous shots on Instagram.

We also revealed last week that the first boy to enter the mansion in two weeks’ time is Welsh rugby player Ciaran Davies.

Manchester model Grace Jackson is also getting ready for the flight.

Grace already has 80,000 followers on Instagram, including former islander Molly-Mae Hague.

What is Erb’s palsy?

The condition results from a difficult birth, when the baby’s head or arm is pulled back during delivery.

This can damage the nerves that are responsible for movement and feeling in the hands.

In turn, this can result in partial or complete paralysis, depending on the level of damage caused.

Approximately 80-90 percent of children make a full recovery, but this depends entirely on the amount of damage sustained.
