Atiq Ahmed and Ashraf Ahmed murder case
Lovelesh was one of three killers who murdered Mafia-turned-gangster brothers Atiq Ahmed and Ashraf Ahmed. The other two murderers were identified as Sunny Singh from Hamirpur district and Baghela Pukhta village under Soren Kotwali police station in Kasganj )’s Arun Maurya aka Kalia. Posing as journalists, they shot at the gangster brothers while addressing media persons on their way to MLN Medical College for a medical examination. After shooting the brothers at close range and ensuring their death, the trio dropped their weapons and lay on the ground while chanting Jasri Ram slogans. It was later revealed that they said during interrogation that they wanted to become famous and become notorious mafiosi by killing their gang brothers. When one of the attackers opened fire, killing the brothers, Lovelash was also hit by a bullet from one of the attackers. A case was registered against him and two other murderers under IPC sections 302 (punishment for murder) and 307 (attempt to murder). He is undergoing treatment at Swaroop Rani Nehru Hospital in Prayagraj.
Ashraf Ahmed and his brother Atiq Ahmed went for medical check-up and seconds later Lovelesh, Sunny and Arun shot them.

- His father stated in interviews with the media that he was a drug addict and that they repeatedly tried to talk to him about his habit; however, he did not give up his habit.
- His mother said in an interview that he was a devotee of the Hindu gods Hanuman and Shiva.
