Lucky Blue and Nara Smith, Brooks Nader and More Reveal Their Skincare Secrets at F1 Austin's Biggest Bash (Exclusive)

The Formula 1 weekend in Austin saw plenty of action on and off the race track.

On October 19, Clarins hosted a star-studded party during the Formula 1 stop in Texas to celebrate the ninth generation of its best-selling Double Serum, and PEOPLE got the chance to meet some of the industry’s biggest tastemakers about their beauty rituals.

Nara and Lucky Blue Smith, who took a break from vlogging and making things from scratch for a glamorous hoedown date night, came to talk about their nightly pre-date rituals.

Last beauty thing they do before leaving the house? “The smell,” said Nara, 23, who came dressed to impress in a chic strapless black dress and statement earrings. Lucky, 26, revealed that his priority is the “finishing touches” on his hair (those James Dean-level locks need a lot of love).

Then, charging into the 33rd season Dancing with the starsBrooks Nader, 28, revealed that she’s getting back into the swing of her skin care routine after “not having time to do anything” but eat, sleep and breathe choreography with her dance partner, Gleb Savchenko.

The model uses Clarins Double Serum, a powerful 2-in-1 formula with turmeric that improves skin texture and reduces signs of ageing, such as wrinkles, caused by environmental and lifestyle influences. She gently massages the serum into her skin (a tip she borrowed from the experts at Clarins) and applies it over her makeup for an extra hint of glow.

Some stars have revealed their significant other’s beauty preferences to PEOPLE, including Jamie Chung, who revealed that her skin care routine surprisingly includes her husband Bryan Greenberg.

“He’s always just stealing my s—,” she joked. “Half goes into his chin, so that’s a waste! He didn’t even want to tell me. It will put it back perfectly and then I’ll notice half gone after a week. I’m like Bryan Greenberg! But I love it and it looks great!”

Kelly Piquet, the girlfriend of Formula 1 racing driver Max Verstappen, on the other hand, said she is working to get her man on a solid skin care regimen. “I’m trying to get him to do one because he’s getting old too. I’m trying to get him to at least use moisturizer.”

Until then, however, she will remain steadfast in her rituals. “I have my own skincare routine, which I’m pretty religious about. It’s all about hydration, a clean and hydrated face.”

Actor Theo Rossi debunked all the myths about men’s skin care (hydration is universal!) by figuring out his favorite steps. “I can’t believe I’m talking about this. I’m giving away secrets here,” the Sons of Anarchy star, 49, said.

“The first thing I do is spritz rose water on my face after it dries, and then I start applying all the serums,” he said, adding that he likes to finish off his nightly skincare sessions with a slather (meaning he slathers the most hydrating product he can find on his face before going to bed).

Clarins’ celebration drew a large crowd, including Miles and Keleigh Teller, Shaun White and Nina Dobrev, Jesse Metcalfe and American fencer Miles Chamley-Watson.

Austin’s Long Center for the Performing Arts was transformed into a Texas-level building, complete with hay bales, smoky barbecue from Terry’s Black BBQ, and cowboys in hats and sexy button-down shirts. The night sky was lit up by the electric drone show that marked the launch of Clarins.
