Michael Bublé Makes Bold Winner Prediction on The Voice as He Steals from Team Gwen — and She Steals Right Back!

Coaches Michael Bublé and Gwen Stefani put their steal buttons to good use in this week’s episode Vote!

After Team Gwen contestant Sloane Simon and Team Michael’s Mor Ilderton were not selected in the battle round, each was saved by the opposite coach, with Bublé kidnapping Simon for his team and Stefani bringing Ilderton to her team on the Monday, 21 episode. October. .

Simon, 20, sang Billie Eilish’s “Birds of a Feather” with co-star Sydney Sterlace, 15, in her battle round. Stefani, her coach, eventually chose Sterlace, saying she listened to “a really weird voice inside of me.”

Simon needn’t have worried for long, however, as Bublé, 49, and coaches Reba McEntire and Snoop Dogg were also quick to hit the steal buttons to try and land Simon on their teams.

Bublé ended up having the best pitcher, revealing that Stefani, 55, had said earlier in the day that he thought Simon could win it all.

“I was devastated when I couldn’t get you to join my team the first time,” he said. “Actually, I told Gwen this morning that I feel like you could be the winner of this show and I’m so happy for you.”

He later praised her voice as having an “angelic, sweet tone” with “great height”. [and] great control,” and called her a pop star in the making.

Later in the episode, Stefani managed to get Bublé back, stealing Ilderton, 20, away from the singer after he picked Kiara Vega in their battle round.

Ilderton and Vega, 18, teamed up on the Goo Goo Dolls’ “Iris,” and Bublé said he changed his mind “four times” before finally moving on with Vega.

“I honestly chose Kiara because of her potential. She has a great voice. She doesn’t sound like any other girl,” he said. “I think maybe the music industry doesn’t know that they’re missing a piece of the puzzle and that she’s it.”

Although Bublé wrote down his phone number and gave it to Ilderton, the singer didn’t need it because Stefani was quick to catch it.

“I just got the feeling that I knew what to do with this guy,” she said. “My favorite thing about Moro’s voice is that it has a unique, raspy unanswered tone. When you hear the music out there, his voice sounds like what’s going on in the world right now.”
