In July 2021, Luv Sinha launched an online art venture called Creative House along with his siblings. Their main goal in launching their art venture is to support budding artists, art collectors and connoisseurs by providing them with a virtual platform where they can showcase their artwork and reach a wider audience. The platform also offers a curator advisory service that provides education and advice to collectors of new art. The platform features a variety of art forms including acrylic paintings, drawings, mixed media artworks, oil paintings, pastels and photo prints.

The first offline exhibition of the art project “Locus of Control” will be held from April 9 to 10, 2022. This is an invitation-only exhibition curated by Abhinit Khanna, assisted by Anushka Bhatnagar. The exhibition showcases various visual arts including paintings, photography, textiles and new media by artists such as Ali Akbar Mehta, Arvind Sundar, Digbijayee Khatua, Sarika Mehta and Urvi Sethna. The exhibition also features works by Sonakshi, Luv and Kush Sinha.

Luv deleted the post on July 2, 2024 after citing a news report on Zaheer Iqbal’s father’s business and political ties on his Twitter account, saying:
“The words that have been wrongly attributed to me were not my words but were written by a senior journalist in an article. The matter is now closed and I will have no further comment.”

- He joined politics in 2009, when he campaigned for his father.
- He revealed in an interview that when he signed the contract for the film Gadar 2, his family was very concerned about his role in the film because it was a cameo. However, he accepted the role as he had always wanted to be a part of an Anil Sharma film and act alongside Sunny Deol. He considers the film to be his dream come true moment.
- He often donated huge sums of money to help the disadvantaged.

- In June 2024, there were media reports that the Sinha family would not attend the wedding of Sonakshi and Zaheer Iqbal on June 23, 2024, because the family was not satisfied with the wedding.
