I got a call from Kamal sir’s office telling me about the film. I thought it was a prank call and kept listening. However, I realized they were actually interested in having me be a part of the film. They checked my appointment and asked me to come straight to the shoot. There are no auditions or character narrations. Once on set, I started to understand my character. They are a young team and very smart. My part was done with Vijay Sethupathi sir, who helped me a lot with the scenes. It was like I had joined a new acting school. I play his partner in the movie. It’s an emotional role and I’m excited. ”
