Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka is an Indian politician. He became the fourth Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana on December 7, 2023. He represents Madira constituency in the Telangana Legislative Assembly as a member of the Indian National Congress (INC).

Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka was born on Thursday, June 15, 1961 (age 62; as of 2023) in Snanala Laxmipuram village, Wyra Mandal, Kaman district, Telangana state, India. His zodiac sign is Gemini. Profession
In 1990, Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka was elected as the executive member of the State Congress Committee (PCC). He served until 1992. He subsequently served as Secretary of the CPPCC from 2000 to 2003. In 2007, he became a member of the Legislative Council (MLC) representing Khammam constituency in Telangana. In 2009, Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka won the election to the Legislative Assembly from Madira constituency in Telangana. He was also appointed to the Legislative Council. In the same year, he was elected as the chief whip of the Andhra Pradesh government and served until 2011. In 2011, he was appointed Deputy Speaker of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly, serving until 2014.
In 2014, he ran for the second time in the Madira Constituency Legislative Assembly election and won. Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka was elected as MLA for the third time in the 2018 general election for Madira constituency. He became the second MP from the same constituency to complete the hat-trick after Bodepudi Venkateswara Rao. On January 18, 2019, Indian National Congress Chairman Rahul Gandhi appointed Malu Bharti Wickramalkar as the leader of the Congress Legislative Party (CLP) in the second Telangana Assembly .
He served as the Leader of Opposition in the Telangana Legislative Assembly from January 18, 2019 to June 6, 2019. Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka became the Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana on December 7, 2023. He created history as the first Dalit deputy chief minister of Telangana when he was sworn in at the LB Stadium in Hyderabad.
