A new report details the massive debt that Mom & Dad influencer Candice Miller is allegedly responsible for after her husband, real estate mogul Brandon Miller, died in July.
On Friday, December 27, almost six months after Brandon, 43, died by suicide, The New York Times reported that he had $33.6 million in debt and $8,000 in the bank at the time of his death, citing a court filing filed by Candice.
Candice, 42, is now working with lawyers to settle her mogul husband’s debts, which reportedly include $20 million in unsecured loans — $2.1 million owed to UBS Bank, $11.25 million owed to BMO Bank, $300,000 owed to American Express and additional funds owed by family friends, according to several legal contributions, by The New York Times.

The report comes four months after Candice put her Hamptons home on the market for $15.5 million with Bespoke Real Estate.
As time announced Friday, the home had four mortgages totaling nearly $12 million. Two sources said the house sold last week after an offer of $12.8 million and another for $13 million. As for other funds, Candice agreed to pay about $4 million in late August to settle an unpaid loan, according to time. The widow was also sued for $194,881.89 in unpaid rent from her late husband’s Park Avenue apartment, and allegedly denied owing the rent since she did not sign the lease, according to times.
According to the outlet, Candice now lives in a $10 million condo with her daughters in Miami Beach, three people familiar with the deal said times it was lent to her.

He was hospitalized June 30 after first responders were alerted by a carbon monoxide alarm at their Hamptons home, according to a report from the Southampton Fire Department.
