Mamie Laverock is showing her fans some love!
More than a month after the Hallmark Channel actress — who has been recovering since falling from a fifth-story balcony in May — returned home from the hospital, she shared a short message thanking everyone who sent her congratulations during her months-long recovery.
“Thank you so much for these wonderful cards,” he said When the heart calls The 20-year-old actress says in a video shared on her official Facebook page on Thursday, October 3.
“There are so many and I love them all very much,” she continues, lying in bed as she addresses the camera. “Thanks.”

Laverock’s latest update comes just days after she shared another post with a picture of herself When the heart calls reunion last month.
On October 1, the actress shared a photo with the crew at Hallmark’s Hearties Family Reunion event on Facebook, along with a heartfelt message.
“At the end of every rainbow is a pot of gold. Returning to the warm light When the heart calls reunion,” she captioned a group shot of her using a walker while smiling and making heart-shaped hands alongside her colleagues.
“I love you,” she concluded.

After the fall in May, Laverock was in critical condition. She was released from surgery later that month, according to the actress’ mom, Nicole Rockmann Los Angeles Times that her daughter “opened her eyes” for the first time after the fall.
A GoFundMe page started after the actress’ incident — in which her family said “any contribution would help us support and be with her” — has raised more than C$39,000.

In July, the fundraising was interrupted by a message from Laverock herself. “Thank you so much. I don’t even know what to say. My heart is full,” her message read.
“Thank you again,” Laverock added. “I have no words to express my gratitude. I love you guys. Thank you. MAMIE.”

The decision to shut down the GoFundMe page also came after Laverock celebrated her 20th birthday on July 8, a milestone marked by a “miracle,” according to her mom.
On her special day, the actress “rolled onto her stomach, pushed off and grabbed onto me,” according to a post Rockmann shared on Laverock’s Facebook page at the time.
“At that moment,” the post continued, “we realized we might have our first hug.”
“It’s a miracle,” Rockmann told PEOPLE of the special moment.
