WAYNE ROONEY has landed a job working at TNT Sports as he continues his immersion in knowledge.
Rooney appeared on the BBC’s coverage of Manchester United’s FA Cup win over Nottingham Forest last week.

Now the 38-year-old is set to be back on football fans’ TV screens this weekend for Man Utd’s clash with Everton.
The Red Devils host the Toffees and Old Trafford in Saturday’s early game.
And the television company TNT has now hired Rooney for its coverage of the match.
He will be alongside Rio Ferdinand and Joleon Lescott.
Rooney played for both Man Utd and Everton during his Premier League career.
He will now appear on TNT Sports as someone who knows both clubs.
These expert appearances are said to make him a popular personality for TV companies.
As a result, there are other shows he could still appear on, including Match of the Day.

Rooney first rose to fame by scoring a goal against Arsenal when he came on from the Everton bench as a 16-year-old.
The move to Man Utd in 2004 was a challenge, and Rooney then developed into one of the best strikers in world football.

After winning a houseful of trophies including five league titles and the Champions League while winning Player of the Year twice, Rooney returned to Everton in 2017.
After one season he moved to DC United before moving to Derby where he would eventually become player-manager before hanging up his boots in January 2021.
Rooney made a total of 763 career appearances, including 117 at Everton and 559 at Man Utd, where he also became the club’s all-time top goalscorer.
After talking about the influencer boxing fight under Misfits, Rooney dismissed the possibility of changing his sports career.
Instead, the former England top scorer announced his desire to continue in management after being sacked by Birmingham at the start of January.
Rooney said he was “optimistic” about Man Utd’s future after the clash at Forest.
He said: “I think it’s a big month for Manchester United, we all know there’s going to be a few changes.”
