Mandy Moore highlights a parenting moment that relates to him.
On Saturday, Nov. 23, the actress, 40, admitted in a candid Instagram Stories post that she was “going crazy” while caring for her sons August “Gus,” 3, and Oscar “Ozzie,” 2, in the middle of the night.
“Guys. What can I do so that my little ones don’t wake up at 4:30 and then stay up?” Moore wrote alongside a photo of her looking tired and stressed.
“I’m going crazy soon. This is not sustainable,” she added.
In addition to her two sons, Moore also shares a daughter, Louise “Lou” Everett, with husband Taylor Goldsmith.
Moore discussed the difficulties of parenting three children on her Instagram stories.

Moore then posted a second photo of her son Gus in his pajamas, playing with toys in the hallway with the light on in their home.
“I went downstairs to him playing with his toys,” the mom of three explained in the caption of the photo. “Lights on. Cool cool cool.”
Moore then expressed her gratitude to those who shared parenting advice. “Thank you for reminding me that it is a phase. It seems many friends have gone through this or are going through it,” she wrote.
The Intricate star added that she was sick and her husband Goldsmith, 39, was out of town – adding to her stress as she copes with their three children at home alone.
“Oooof. Being super sick, with a newborn and a husband OOT. I’m ready for the next phase, lol,” she said.

Moore announced the arrival of her latest addition on Instagram on September 25.
“Lou is here! … She is our absolute dream girl and her older brothers are already obsessed with her as are we. We are beyond grateful for our family of five (and our big three) and are soaking up every moment of this special time.💓💓💓, ” she wrote in the description.

Moore recently spoke with PEOPLE about preparing for her first Christmas as a family of five.
“I’m totally channeling my Rebecca Pearson these days,” she said, referring to her beloved This is us character. – I don’t know how she managed all that, honestly.
“We’re soaking up this special moment. It feels dreamy,” Moore continued, adding that it’s “very, very sweet” to watch her babies bond with each other so quickly.
