Manish Kaushik was born on Thursday, January 11, 1996, in Devsar, Bhiwani, Haryana (25 years old as of 2021). His zodiac sign is Capricorn. Manish Kaushik started his boxing career in 2008. In 2009, he won the gold medal in the 32kg category at the Seinkayo National Cup. In 2015, he participated in the Doha International Boxing Championships and won the gold medal. He subsequently won a silver medal at the 2017 Kazakhstan International Boxing Championships. In 2018, Manish participated in the Asian Games test event in Jakarta, Indonesia, and won the gold medal.

In the same year, Kaushik participated in the Commonwealth Games and won a silver medal. He subsequently won a bronze medal at the 2019 AIBA International Boxing Championships. In 2021, he defeated the Danish boxer in the BOXAM International Boxing Championship and became the gold medal winner. He has also been selected to represent India in boxing at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
