On Thursday, April 14, 2022, Manju Singh left for her heavenly abode. She reportedly died of cardiac arrest in Mumbai. Her family said in a media statement,

Her last rites were performed on Saturday, April 16, 2022, as her family awaited the arrival of her granddaughter from New York. Several industry celebrities, including singer-songwriter and author Swanand Kirkire, expressed their condolences.
