The 33-year-old actress arrived at the 2024 Palm Springs International Film Festival in a pink and black polka dot mini dress with rosette details from Balmain’s Spring Summer 2024 collection. She completed the look with matching high-toe heels.

Ever since he kicked her Barbie promotional tour on June 25 in a pink and white polka dot Valentino mini dress reminiscent of 2015’s Pink & Fabulous Barbie (right down to the bright yellow bag), Robbie, 33, and her stylist Andrew Mukamal have been rummaging through Barbie’s closet for fashion inspiration.
As Robbie herself told PEOPLE at the film’s LA premiere, “We’re finding references to Barbies from decades past and doing it really for the big Barbie fans out there, the people who actually collect those Barbies. We hope to delight them. We combine Barbie references with great designers.”

Robbie will have a few more chances to liven up Barbie’s style during awards season. The film, which achieved a huge result at the box office and received a lot of praise from fans and critics, dominates its nominations. Barbie she received nine Golden Globe nominations, including one for her role as the titular character, and 18 Critics Choice Award nominations.
