Tom Ackerley can’t get enough of Margot Robbie!

The British film producer admired his wife of seven years during Robbie’s final interview with The Sunday Timesin which Ackerley revealed the pair spend “24 hours a day” together.

“It’s seamless,” Ackerley told the outlet when asked how they separate work and pleasure. “We don’t have an on, off switch. Everything became one thing.”

Adding that he “feels like an honorary Aussie, Margot feels like an honorary Brit,” Ackerley said the pair were only arguing about “whether Tim Tams or Penguins are better” — referring to the snacks from their homelands. He also joked that he wished “there was more sporting rivalry” between Australia and England.

Robbie also discussed her new gin brand Papa Salt, which she launched last week with her husband and three other friends. As she said Timethe movie business is about selling an “idea” while she is in the “simple” world of pushing her new brand.

“You have no idea how much it’s going to make, who’s going to see it, if they’re going to see it or how it’s going to be received,” she said of the films. “This seems much simpler, it’s easier to predict things. You can set this up in a spreadsheet in a way that you can’t set up a movie idea.”

The two, who tied the knot in a private ceremony on Australia’s Gold Coast in December 2016, have been mostly tight-lipped about their personal lives – despite stepping out at some recent events together.

In November, Robbie tapped Ackerley to read a playful acceptance speech she had written DiversityPower of Women event in Los Angeles. While accepting the Producer of the Year award for her company LuckyChap Entertainment, The Barbie star was unable to speak after losing her voice, so her husband and her producing partner Josey McNamara read it aloud on her behalf.

The trio co-founded LuckyChap with Sophia Kerr in 2014 and have since produced films including I, Tonya, Birds of prey and Barbie.

“Margot lost her voice about four days ago,” Ackerley said, with McNamara adding, “So she wrote this speech that Tom and I are going to read, so we apologize in advance: this is not our forte.”

During the speech, Robbie made Ackerley say several times that Dua Lipa — who presented the award — was his “simp.”

She also wrote in the speech, “For the last 10 years I’ve watched these two guys dedicate their careers to supporting women in this industry and nothing could make me love them more.”
