Matt LaFleur is an American football coach now the head coach of the Green Bay Packers (NFL) of the National Football League. Previously, he was the running backs coach of the Washington Redskins and Atlanta Falcons and the offensive coordinator of the Los Angeles Rams and Tennessee Titans. He previously served as an assistant quarterback for the Omaha Beef in the National Minor League. Matt LaFleur was born Matthew Patrick LaFleur on November 3, 1979 in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, United States. He was born to Denny and Kristi LaFleur (mother). His parents were physical education teachers. From the 1990s until his retirement in 2015, he coached kids at Mount Pleasant High School in his hometown of Mount Pleasant, Michigan. They were the grand marshals of the Mount Pleasant High School Homecoming Parade in 2017. Denny also served as a defensive assistant at Central Michigan University for a number of years.
