Mauricio Umansky Is ‘Getting to Know’ Designer Alexandria Wolfe amid Separation from Kyle Richards: Source

Mauricio Umansky is spending time with his new wife amid his split from Kyle Richards.

On Thursday, a source confirmed to PEOPLE that Umansky and influencer Alexandria Wolfe are “getting to know each other.”

“Mauricio and Alexandria enjoyed each other’s company after meeting in Aspen,” says the source. – They became good friends.

Wolfe (31), who is from New York and now lives in Los Angeles, spends the holidays in Aspen. For the New Year, Wolfe—who previously worked as a couture designer—plans to launch her first fashion line. “She is a successful designer and they respect each other’s entrepreneurial spirit,” says the source.

Meanwhile, Umansky divorced the 54-year-old woman The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star in July after they tied the knot in 1996. However, following the news, the 53-year-old real estate mogul denied divorce rumors.

This week, Richards and Umansky posted vacation photos from different locations.

Tuesday, Halloween is ending the actress limited comments on her Instagram account and posted a photo of herself in Punta Mita, Mexico, standing on the beach and smiling at the sunset. She has since turned off her comments completely.

In the meantime, Dancing with the stars The alum shared snaps of himself away from his wife ahead of Christmas.

“Ski in the morning, hike in the afternoon, think, perfect day,” he captioned a selfie that appeared on his Instagram Story. He was trained for the cold in the snowy wilderness and was joined by one of the family dogs.

Last month, PEOPLE got an exclusive peek at Umansky’s appearance on Skinny Confidential On & Her Show podcast where he discussed his relationship status with Richards — and his desire to keep people out of his personal life.

“When I find out what I’m doing with my marriage, I’ll let you all know. Until then, anyone can walk and is— away,” he said.

As for the headlines and comments, he added that he doesn’t “need to read BS” because he knows what’s going on in the couple’s separation.

The father of four children also gave advice that their marriage has lasted almost thirty years.

“Because you’re creative, find things to do together, be creative and do different things,” he said. “I’m not trying to lose my positivity, but I’m trying to stop the wall that positivity creates.”

The Bravo star has been vocal about her split from Umansky, discussing it several times on RHOBH.

During a conversation with her friend and co-star Dorit Kemsley about spending less time with Umansky shown earlier this season, Richards said she “needed some freedom.”

“It was tough,” Richards said Living with Kelly and Markwhere a clip of the episode was teased.

“This is an unexplored area for me. It was difficult,” she said in October. “Luckily, it was friendly. Heavy. My main concern is our daughters, who have been amazing, my four best friends. It’s hard.”

Richards and Umansky share Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie, 35, from a socialite from a previous marriage to Guraisha Aldjufrie; Alexia Simone Umansky, 27; Sophia Kylie Umansky, 23; and Portia Umansky, 15.

“Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while now, but they’re still living under the same roof. They’re staying friendly as they figure out what’s next for them and their family,” a source told PEOPLE in July.
