What leaves restaurants?

The fast food chain is axing eight items from its restaurants as its Christmas menu draws to a close.

Among the items that should be left in restaurants is the iconic Big Tasty.

The popular burger returned to menus in November after it was last seen in March.

Foodies could pick it up for £7.59 or buy it with bacon for £8.39.

The iconic burger is known for its beef patty topped with Emmental cheese, onions, juicy tomatoes and smoke flavored sauce.

The Cheesy McCrispy will also disappear from the menu tomorrow.

The new burger first appeared in restaurants as a twist on the original McCrispy.

How to save money at McDonald’s

You could end up being charged more for a McDonald’s meal just based on the McDonald’s restaurant you choose.

Research by The Sun found that a Big Mac meal can be up to 30% cheaper at restaurants just two miles apart.

You can pick up a Big Mac and fries for just £2.99 at any time by completing the feedback survey found at McDonald’s counters.

The payment receipt should come with a 12-digit code that you can enter on the Food for Thought website with your submitted survey.

You will then receive a five digit code which is your voucher for the £2.99 offer.

There are some offers you can only get if you have the My McDonald’s app, so it’s worth signing up to get cash back from your meals.

The MyMcDonald’s app can be downloaded on iPhone and Android phones and is quick to set up.

You can also get free stuff and discounts on your birthday if you’re a My McDonald’s app user.

The chain recently sent reminders to app users to fill in their birthday details – otherwise they could miss out on birthday treats.
