Megan shared videos of her new arrival in a sweet video on Instagram.
She announced his name and revealed he was born on October 7 at 8.33am, weighing 9lbs 2oz.
An adorable home movie shot after the birth showed Megan and Oliver cuddling their bundle of joy.
The cutie was also seen rubbing her face while sleeping and enjoying her food.
The couple was soon inundated with well wishes from their famous friends.
“Congratulations,” Michelle Keegan commented, along with a series of heart-shaped emoticons.
“Congrats! He’s perfection,” added Shaughna Phillips.
“Awww, congratulations Megan, beautiful boy,” Sophie Kasaei weighed in.
And Laura Anderson wrote: “Omg huge congrats mum. You are an absolute superstar!!!!! He is perfect.”
Earlier this month, it was revealed that happy couple Megan and Oliver, 27, had recently moved to Germany.

Megan announced earlier this month that the couple was moving abroad.
The star told her followers on Instagram: “Guess what? I’m moving to Germany!”
“I know I was talking about packing yesterday and a few of you thought I was going to go into labor, no but let’s hope I don’t go into labor because I’m giving birth in Germany now.”
She continued, “Ollie is in Germany and all our stuff has been in storage for a few months.”

The move, which comes as her 26-year-old fiance currently plays for German Bundesliga side Werder Bremen, has shocked her fans.
Megan announced the news that she was pregnant in April.
She shared the cute video with the caption: “A little bit of you and a little bit of me… we’re family now.”

Megan, who has PCOS, revealed that they had tried to get pregnant naturally, but it didn’t happen, so they went to a fertility clinic.
After months of injections and a series of obstacles, they became pregnant.
Megan’s pregnancy was not easy as she was in the hospital several times in the last nine months.
The mom-to-be caused concern among fans back in July when she suffered a fall while pregnant.
She was also bedridden while on holiday in Dubai in May, telling fans she was in “so much pain” because of her tooth.
A few weeks ago, Megan was rushed to the hospital with a swollen tongue and throat, her second allergic reaction in two weeks.
Fans were also convinced they knew the gender of the star’s unborn baby after being told clues.
Megan and Oliver got engaged last year after five months of dating.
