Before James Cameron became a famous director, he worked with Michael Biehn. Biehn had never heard of Cameron before he got the Terminator script, but he liked the script and got the role of Kyle Reese.
The actor admitted to The Hollywood Reporter that he thought the movie was going to be a bomb. “As far as I know, nothing is good for me.”
However, the film was a big hit, grossing $37.7 million on a budget of $6.4 million during its opening period. Biehn’s acting career was fueled by Terminator, and he later starred in James Cameron’s 1986 film Aliens.
Aliens are even more successful than Terminators. The film grossed $131 million worldwide and received two Oscar nominations out of seven.
After several years in major films, Biehn did not appear in many major projects. In fact, he only appeared in a handful of major feature films, and most of his later work was in smaller productions.
However, the actor insists he is not worried about it. He revealed that the only movies he was disappointed with not being cast were Tim Burton’s Batman (he lost to Michael Keaton) and James Cameron’s Avatar.

Michael Biehn prioritizes his children over his career
Biehn has no regrets about not becoming one of the biggest stars of his generation, especially since his children are far more important than his acting career.
“I have five sons,” Biehn explains, “and for me, being close to them has always been more important than making a movie.”
He also mentioned the success of Bruce Willis and expressed that he cannot put his career above his children. I don’t understand how Bruce Willis can live a normal life when he’s seeing his kids all the time, taking them to school and baseball practice and coaching their team with so many movies he do. You are their existence.
Biehn has five children from his three marriages. Carlene Olson, an actress, was his first wife, whom he married on July 11, 1980.
In 1984, Biehn and Olson had twin sons, Dev.
Gina Marsh, Biehn’s second wife, married him in 1988. Caelan and Alexander Biehn, their two sons, are the couple’s other children.
Caelan was born on April 11, 1992 in Biehn and Marsha. Marsh gave birth to Alexander on March 19, 2003, making their family of three more than a decade later.
Caelan and Alexander have worked in films and television shows. Caelan appeared in The Magnificent Seven and worked on Greystone and Between Friends as a production assistant. Alexander appeared in the films Psychophonia and The Dare. My Jurassic Place will also recommend it. After 25 years of marriage, Biehn and Marsh divorced in March 2014.

Three years later, on June 7, 2018, they got married. Biehn and Blanc have worked professionally together before. Zrtva, which they co-produced and starred in, was released in 2011.
