Michael Bublé Steals a Country Singer on The Voice for His Final 'Piece of the Puzzle' — Find Out Who It Is

Michael Bublé is officially ready to take over Vote after the storm.

On Monday, November 4, the Canadian singer used his latest battle steal to take out one of Reba McEntire’s contestants after she chose his opponent to stay in the competition.

For the battle, Tate Renner and Tanner Frick went head-to-head while singing the lyrics to Jelly Roll’s “Need a Favor.”

After much deliberation, McEntire (69) announced that Renner was the winner of the contest.

“It was a really hard decision, but I went with Tate. I like Tate’s roughness in his voice. A little bit of Chris Stapleton in there,” she said, later adding that she thinks he’ll “go far.”

After host Carson Daly announced that Frick was available for the steal, Bublé hit the button and let out a big smile while nodding his head up and down.

“Tanner Frick was a big win for me. It’s a former four-chair turn and a piece of the puzzle that I didn’t have,” he said.

He added: “I needed that country singer and now I feel like I’m totally in the game. It’s a brave new world we’re going into.”

In a one-on-one interview afterward, Frick exclaimed, “Wow! I’m on Team Bublé.”

Then the star came up behind him and said, “Dude, you opened your mouth and the first message I was like, ‘Yeah. You know what?'”

And Frick interrupted him by singing Bublé’s song, “Feeling Good.”

Bublé previously stole Team Gwen contestant Sloane Simon. At the time, fellow trainers McEntire and Snoop Dogg also hit their steals — but Bublé had the best shot.

“I was devastated when I couldn’t get you to join my team the first time,” he said. “Actually, I told Gwen this morning that I feel like you could be the winner of this show and I’m so happy for you.”

He also praised her voice as having an “angelic, sweet tone” with “great height”. [and] great control,” and called her a pop star in the making.

Vote airs Mondays and Tuesdays on NBC at 8:00 PM ET, with episodes available to stream on Peacock the following day.
