She was born in Hyderabad and later moved to Mumbai for further studies. Her father’s name is Suresh Bajaj. Her mother Bunty Bajaj is the owner of the jewellery brand ‘Krsala’. Miheeka has a brother Samarth who is married to Sasha; she is also the sister of the famous fashion designer Kunal Rawal. On May 12, 2020, Baahubali (2015) actor Rana Daggubatti uploaded a photo on his social media account, confirming his engagement to Miheeka.

On May 20, 2020, the couple had a private Roka ceremony at the memorial of late legendary producer D Ramanaidu at Ramanaidu Film Studios in Hyderabad.

Profession
She is the owner of Dewdrop Design Studio, an event management and decoration company. In an interview, she shared her interest in interior decoration, saying,
Decorating is something I’ve been exposed to since childhood; it’s more or less etched into my subconscious. There’s no better field of work for a creative person because you can start new projects in a very short time and thus often end up doing something new and exciting.”
According to her social media accounts, she writes a blog called “Pixie Dust.”
