Mime Gopi made her acting debut in the Tamil film Kannum Kannum, directed by G. Marimuthu and released on March 21, 2008. He played a character named Shiva, co-starring Prasanna, Udhayathara, Vadivelu, Santhanam and Vijayakumar.
