The body of a missing 11-year-old girl was found in Woodland just hours after she disappeared on her way home from school.
Louise Lasalle, of Essonne, in northern France, disappeared shortly before 2pm on Friday after leaving André-Maurois High School in Épinay-sur-urga.

When she failed to get home, her worried parents warned the authorities, while her sister in a desperate petition for help in the desperate media moved to social media.
“My little sister Louise Lassalle disappeared at 2 pm near the college Andre Maurois in Epinay. She went through the Bas follet track,” she wrote.
“She had a purple backpack with a butterfly on it and a navy blue coat. She [had] A large white bandage and on the chin. “
But the hope that they would find Louise alive were broken when police discovered their body in Woodlands Parc des Templiers early on Saturday morning, less than a mile from her school.
CCTV recordings showed a young girl moving toward the park before she disappeared, according to Le Parisien.
A major police operation was launched to include special dogs, drones and helicopters.
The authorities have since arrested a 23-year-old man, allegedly seen in surveillance recordings and his 20-year-old partner.
The couple was taken into custody at their house in Épinay-sur-Urgea just before 12.45pm on Saturday-before Louise’s body was found at about 2.30.
Public prosecutor Gégoire Dulin confirmed that “an open investigation into the murder of a minor” is now managed by an organized and specialized crime department of Versailles.

An autopsy will be carried out to determine the exact cause of death.
Local administration expressed condolences, stating: “As soon as [Louise’s] The disappearance was recorded, all the funds were arranged to try to find it. “
This comes after a Briton who was killed with her husband at their holiday home in France, the mother of former actor Hollyoaks.
Dawn Searle, 56, and her husband Andrew, 62, were found dead on Thursday in the hamlet of Les Pesquiès, near Villefranche-De-Rouergue.
The officials initially believed that they had been killed in burglary, but since then they said that their “death was obviously murder.”
Dawn’s son, Callum Kerr, is best known for playing PC George Kiss in channel soap 4 between 2020 and 2021.
Callum also played Netflix’s Virgin River – playing young Everett, Mel’s father, in the latest series.
Thirty -year -old, who is also a village singer based in Nashville with his fiancé, went through his mother down the aisle when she married Andrew in September 2023.

2:00 pm – CCTV recording records Louise walking in the Woodlands Parc des Templiers direction, located about half a mile from her school.
In the afternoon – when Louise does not return home, her parents are becoming more and more concerned.
Evening – Louise’s family reports that she disappeared to the police. Her sister posts an emergency message on social networks, describing Louise’s last known location and appearance.
Night – Police starts searching for a missing girlfriend. Officers deployed a dog, drones and helicopter experts to find it.
