It is a sports marketing and management company that also invests in hotels, healthcare, KIL arenas, gaming, merchandising and KIL cafes across India. TSL has also invested in the cricket business. It holds league rights for T10 and T20 domestic and international cricket leagues in more than 11 countries including Kenya, Mauritius and Greece. It owns majority stakes in Rajwada Cricket League and Pacific Star Sports Services. In 2022, Toyam Industries Limited (TIL) formed a joint venture with the Rajwada Cricket League (RCL), a cricket league jointly formed by the Kota Cricket Association, in which TIL acquired 51% stake. Mohamedali Budhwani talked about the joint venture with RCL in an interview and said that after signing the agreement, he officially entered cricket and other sports. Through this venture, he hopes his company will become a complete sports management company and provide opportunities to upcoming and deserving talents. RCL is the professional league for T20 cricket in India and has been conducting the league since 2016 under the umbrella of the Kota Cricket Association. Up to 15,000 spectators gather to watch these league matches, which will continue each year until 2019. The league (like several other activities) had to be put on hold due to COVID-19 norms being enforced across the country. With regulations now relaxed, JV plans to host its seventh annual tournament in fiscal year 2023. We also intend to leverage the joint strengths of our joint venture partners to strengthen the alliance’s foothold and increase its visibility. ”

In 2022, TSL partnered with Pacific Star Sports to host the inaugural Tanzania Cricket Premier League (TCPL). TSL Xie Ruilin becomes one of the official sponsors of the 2022 Dubai World Tennis League. Many international tennis stars including Novak Djokovic, Sania Mirza and Alexander Zverev participated in that tournament. In 2023, TSL sponsored the 9th Bangladesh Premier League and became one of the official sub-sponsors of the league. TSL is associated with many cricket leagues such as Africa Cup of Nations T20, Tanzania Premier Cricket League, Kenya Cricket, Oman Cricket Academy, Lanka Premier League, India-Bangladesh ODI series, etc. In 2023, TSL became the title sponsor of the Bangladesh-India ODI series.
