He started his career as a model. He modeled for famous fashion designer Manish Malhotra. In 2007, he co-starred with Preity Zinta in an antiperspirant product commercial.
Mohsin made her acting debut with the film Lucky Bliss (2009). He is the leading actor in the film It’s a Man’s World (2009).
Mohsin runs an embroidery company in Kashmir. He made his debut as a producer with the 2018 Marathi film Madhuri.
