The Love Island star, 24, opened up about dealing with her struggles behind the scenes, admitting she was “going through it.”
In the closing moments of the vlog, a makeup-free Molly sat in her bathroom looking like she was about to break down.
She began, “Guys, I really don’t know what to tell you right now. I know how bad I look. Believe me, as bad as I look, I feel 20 times worse.”
She then took a deep breath and declared that the blog was “probably one of the worst things I’ve ever created.”

Molly then shed more light on how she feels, adding: “I’ve been going through it in a number of ways.
“Hopefully in about a week I might be in a place mentally, physically and emotionally where I can start shooting real content for you guys again and get back on my channel.
“Please bear with me, I’m really desperate to get back to you.
She ended the vlog: “I love you guys and we’ll talk to you very soon.”
Molly was again not wearing her engagement ring, although it appears in some parts of the vlog as it features edited footage taken at different times.
Her fans were quick to respond in the comments, claiming they knew there was “something wrong” with their idol.
One commented: “You could tell in the video that something wasn’t quite right even though you didn’t say it – until the end when you were close to tears and finally being honest that you were going through a lot.”
Another echoed this: “I hope things get better for you Molly, we love you and will be here no matter what you post, take your time and don’t put too much pressure on yourself.”
Molly took to Instagram yesterday, where she admitted that she was flooded with worried messages from her loyal followers who wanted to know why the influencer disappeared from her famous vlog.
“So many of you message me asking where I’ve been on YouTube!
“I had to take a little break, but I have some videos coming soon!
“I miss my YouTube family so much – thank you for the messages.
“I can’t wait to get back properly.”
Last month, Tommy and Molly’s relationship came under scrutiny after Tommy was seen at a club with other partygoers.
The former Love Island star was filmed dancing with rapper Chris Brown and interacting with an unknown female while partying in the UAE.
Molly was then seen out and about in several social media posts without her engagement ring, and has not commented on the speculation.
Tommy was spotted partying without her again a few days ago after posing alongside MAFS star Laura Vaughan, 34.
The couple signed with the same talent agency, Alpha Talent Group, that held their annual Christmas party.
She was recently pictured without the expensive PrettyLittleThing launch ring, but was later seen wearing it.
Molly kept fans guessing by hiding her hands in the sleeves of her sweater.
