Fans said the actress was naturally attractive and did not need cosmetic surgery in the video, which has since been removed. A TikTok video by a surgeon showed a fake picture of Natalia Dyer after she received the prescribed surgeries, and many noted that Natalia Dyer did not need any cosmetic surgery at all.

In the video, Mirana Wilson can be heard declaring:
“Okay, guys. Now let’s talk about Natalia Dyer from Stranger Things. First and foremost, she succeeded in Stranger Things. So, if I were Natalia’s injector, I would do this.”
Wilson then offered the actress cosmetic surgery, including chin fillers, lip fillers, brow lifts and Botox. She continued, saying:
“We would start with chewing machines to help slim down the face.” After that, I would use a beard filler to fill in her beard. I would put a small amount on the lips and then we would go inside and put some botox. I would give her a beautiful brow lift to help open her eyes.”
She then provided before and after photos of the Stranger Things actor, revealing what he will look like after undergoing all the prescribed cosmetic treatments.
Natalia Dyer’s fans came to her defense when her surgeon recommended botox and other cosmetic procedures.
When they saw the video, they were angry. Many stated that the actress would appear unnatural because of these operations. Others said she was already “stunning” and didn’t need any changes.
