Natalie Portman is in her bob era!
On Monday, October 28, the 43-year-old actress showed off her chic new hairstyle at the 68th Ballon D’Or ceremony at the Theater Du Chatelet in Paris.
Portman ditched her brown-blonde long locks for a dark brown-hued short bob for the cool fall-winter season.

The Marvel alum appeared on the red carpet with a new hairdo and a navy blue velvet dress. The dress had a low v-neckline and a braided belt of the same fabric. She added minimal jewelry, opting to wear just a few silver rings on one hand.
For the occasion, Portman wore a glam makeup look with dramatic brown eyeshadow, dark blush and dark pink lipstick.
Her makeup artist Miwoo Kim shared a behind-the-scenes shot of the actress on the red carpet on his Instagram Stories, showing the bottom of her dress.

The May December the star later shared a photo of herself with footballer Aitan Bonmatí from the evening on Instagram.
“Hero 🙌 Congratulations Aitana Bonmatí on your Ballon d’Or! It was such an honor to be there with you and celebrate everything you’ve done for women’s football,” she captioned the post.
Before the announcement, Portman shared a photo of herself with animal rights activist Jane Goodall, in which she has light brown hair that falls just below her shoulders and is tied back in a braid.

In May, Portman had a major style moment with Paul Mescal, 28, when they were photographed on an outing in north London wearing matching T-shirts, according to photos published by the Daily Mail.
They were both in white T-shirts in the photo, which Portman wore with jeans, while Normal People the actor tucked his shirt into his dark pants.
At the time, a source told PEOPLE that Portman and Mescal were just friends. The sighting came a few months after they took part in Variety’s “Actors About Actors” series together to promote their films.
Portman shared the conversation on her Instagram, calling the actor “the one and only Paul Mescal.”
