There were not many conversations between Mike White and Natashe Rothwell on season 3 White lotus – All she knew was to say “yes” no matter what.
“It’s an opportunity for a life that I have to do twice,” Rothwell, 44, tells people to reprise his role as a manager of Spa Belinda in the long -awaited third part of the cult favorite series. “I feel really real. Happy.”
Rothwell, who was in the first season of the HBO series, but not season 2, says she was “insidious” when she found out that White thought he was asking her back.

“It happened in two parts. Mike and I had dinner when he was in town for Emmys. He just mentioned casually. He is like,” I’m thinking about Belinda for season 3, “she recalls.
“I told him,” Say less, I’ll come in and be just background, whatever you want me to do. ”

At that moment, he still recorded the second season in Sicily. “After he wrapped himself and got out of the editing, he hit me again. He was like,” Belinda is his back. ”
“I was like,” Yes, let me prepare my passport. “I don’t know where we’re going, but I’m there,” he recalls.
Rothwell says she is “excited about the world in the coming season to meet more about Belinda”. “It’s really cool.”

Two experiences of recording season 1 and season 3 also “couldn’t be different,” she says.
“We recorded the first during a man-before vaccination. We couldn’t even leave the resort. The cross-section of season 3, I think we moved four times to different [resorts]”Share.
“When people look White lotFrom this season, it is the assembly of a bunch of amazing places we stayed in, “Rothwell continues.” It’s just more expansive. It’s really cool to see the show growing that way.

The actress had previously told people that at first she was a bit challenging in the role, but she returned to the momentum of things thanks to the advice of one of her costumes.
“Carrie Coon gave me the best descriptor. She’s like,” It’s like putting a wet bathroom. “You know he answers.? And then you jump in.”
She also admitted that she had an “Imposter syndrome” with some of her costers. “These are the people I idalized by growing up.”
“Carrie was actually the one who brought me back to the ground, because she was like:” We are all nervous that we met because you were the first season. You, like, og. ”
