Neeru Yadav was born on Monday, 7 May 1990 (age 33 years; as of 2023) in Chhapra Salimpur village, Narnaul tehsil, Mahendragarh district, Haryana state, India. Her zodiac sign is Taurus. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from a women’s college in Narnaul. She then pursued Master of Science (M.Sc.) from SS Jain Subodh PG College, Jaipur and completed her studies in 2013.
In 2014, she started studying for Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) at C. L College of Education, Narnaul. After her marriage, she moved to Lambi Ahir (also spelled Lambi Aheer) village in Buhanu tehsil of Jhunjhunu district in Rajasthan and later pursued a career in rural politics.

In October 2020, she won the panchayat election and became the Sarpanch of Lambiahir village with 1,240 votes; she contested as an independent candidate.
She initiated many projects to promote the development of the village, including financial awareness projects, road construction projects, a training center for the women’s hockey team, and the establishment of a utensil bank that provides free steel utensils for any project.
She also established a Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) named Sachhi Saheli Mahila Agro Producer Company Limited in January 2023 in collaboration with NABARD and SIIRD (Indian Institute of Rural Development); She was appointed as the Chairman of FPO and has served on several Revenue of approximately Rs 50 lakh was generated during the month. She also helps girls in the village get skill training under different government schemes and gets them into multinational companies.

- She stated in an interview that she was a hockey player as a teenager; however, she did not pursue a career in sports, so when the girls in the village approached her, she was very interested in getting them trained in hockey. She even used her own salary to hire coaches.
